all payments made to Zion Placement Consultancy and Services are non-refundable. Once a service is booked, initiated, or delivered (fully or partially),payments processed for the same, no refunds will be issued. After Receipt of the payment from the purchaser / Buyer ,will the necessary services as purchased for the Online courses, sessions will be intimated to the Purchaser / Buyer within 2 - 4 working days via registered email / sms / whats app of the start date / time and other details accordingly.

However, due to the nature of our services, which include Online Interview Preparation , Online career counselling , English speaking courses, Franchise fee Payments , Tie up and Joint Venture Fees Payments we do not offer refunds once a service is rendered or a payment has been processed.

2. Service-Based Policy

Our services are professional and time-based. Once any consultancy, recruitment or any kind of Online store services obtained through our online store has started and payments for the same is processed, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted.

HR GENERALIST & Business Partner.

Franchise Fee Payment

Tie Ups and Joint Venture Fee payment.

4. Nature of Services

Since our services involve personal consultations, Premium Hiring Services, Franchisee ,job placements, H.R. Related services, and other specialised professional services, Online Courses for aspiring professionals and Career oriented individuals once you have submitted your details, applied for a service, or made a payment, the service is considered provided. Therefore, we do not offer any kind of refunds against any kind of cancellations for any payments made for registration, consultancy, or job placements, Online Courses for English speaking , Interview preparation and career counselling sessions aspiring professionals and Career oriented individuals,Franchise with us fees , H.R.Related services both Offline and online, Tie ups and Joint Fees .

5. Exceptions

In the rare event / cases that a payment was made in error or there was a technical issue, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be provided at the discretion of Zion Placement Consultancy and Services, Since there is nothing called as Payment in error or due to technical issues , since payments are always made in good and clear understanding, so there will be no refunds Given .

6. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error or issue with your service, please contact us at order@zionplacementconsultancyandservices.com with a detailed explanation of the situation. We will evaluate the request and inform you of the outcome.

7.No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend the scheduled sessions for online interview preparation, online career counselling, or Online English speaking Courses without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

8.Service Delays.

Delays caused due to: Incomplete information from the client

Delayed communication, Unavailability of client-side resources are not eligible for any refund.

9. Final Decision

All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Zion Placement Consultancy and Services. We reserve the right to refuse and Reject any refund requests if we determine that the services have been provided as per the agreement and terms.

10.Mode of Refund (If Approved.)

If a refund is approved, It will be processed through the original payment method, Processing may take 15 – 30 working days, All Kinds of Administrative charges & Other charges will be deducted.
