Our services include, but are not limited to, talent acquisition, HR consulting, workforce management, and human capital solutions, learning and development. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are engaging with us for HR-related Services.

3. Client Responsibilities:To utilize our services effectively, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any misrepresentation, fraudulent use, or misuse of our services is strictly prohibited. You agree to be solely responsible for any and all activities conducted through your account.

4. Privacy and Data:We take data privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices, and you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy.

Participation Policy Success in our program requires a total commitment by all students and participants. By enrolling in the course, participants agree to be fully present during all the sessions and contribute to the best of their ability. This also includes arriving on time, abiding by the code of conduct, and engaging in course activities.

Attendance You must be present at all course meetings to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification. If you have an emergency situation or become ill and cannot attend a coaching session, please get in touch with your programme advisor or write to order@zionplacementconsultancyandservices.com immediately. You will be expected to catchup through the session recording outside the live session to make up for the missed session. Suppose you miss more than 4 hours of mentor coaching. In that case, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the requirements. If you miss more than 8 hours of the course, you will have to work with the trainer to cover the missed hours at any additional expense or register for the next programme as per the schedule. Petitions to this policy are considered case-by-case and must be submitted in writing to order@zionplacementconsultancyandservices.com

Course Engagement Our courses are specifically designed to be interactive and engaging for our participants. Therefore, you are expected to participate in course activities, including conversation with the course instructor and peers, coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises. Please inform your instructor immediately if you cannot participate in an activity. Please refer to the code of conduct (COC) for additional details.

Code of Conduct (COC) Throughout the programme, participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally. This includes, but is not limited to: 1. Attending and arriving on time for all live sessions and mentor coaching sessions 2. Keeping your camera on for all virtual live sessions 3. Participating fully in the training and mentor coaching sessions. This includes involving yourself in discussions and activities, being prepared for the session, contributing to the learning of others, and assuming responsibility for your learning 4. Engaging in conversations with honesty and integrity 5. Being respectful of your fellow participants, instructors and trainers 6. Embracing diversity and inclusion and respecting the dignity and humanity of others participants

Registration/Enrolment Modifications Modifications to registration/enrolment, like substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least 7 days before the program date. Course date changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available. Participants may contact the programme advisor or write to order@zionplacementconsultancyandservices.com

5. Payment and Billing:Payment terms for our services are detailed in our service agreements, proposals, and invoices. Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms agreed upon. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Pricing Disclaimer

All prices, products, and offers of Zion Placement Consultancy and Services website are subject to change without notice. While we make sure to provide most accurate and up-to-date information, in some cases one or more items on our website may be priced incorrectly. This might happen due to human errors, digital images, technical errors, or a mismatch in pricing information. To make a transaction on Zion Placement Consultancy and Services website, you are bound to pay for that transaction. Please pay close attention to your payment details such as total bill, taxes, and discounts if any or as applicable . There are certain Services which require additional Terms and Conditions which you have to agree to before you make the purchase. Invoice of the order placed will be sent via email on your registered email ID , If a delegate has completed the course and is eligible for a certificate, then same shall be delivered through email to email address provided to us at time of purchase provided by the delegate within 60 working days.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY SERVICES , Courses , SOLD ON OR THROUGH Zion Placement Consultancy and Services. No additional or different terms contained in any purchase order, document, transmission or other communication shall be binding upon Zion Placement Consultancy and Services unless agreed to by Zion Placement Consultancy and Services in writing. Zion Placement Consultancy and Services reserves the right to modify, change without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to limit the services and to refuse service to anyone.
